What counts as a client?
Each client you invoice in a month. A client with several contracts counts once, and a client you don’t invoice that month doesn’t count.
What if our client count changes?
Your plan follows it, and nothing stops working. Grow past your plan and you move up from the following month. On yearly billing, you pay the difference for the rest of your year. Invoice fewer clients and you move down from the following month, or at renewal on yearly billing.
Monthly or yearly, and can we cancel?
Monthly by default, with your first month free, and you can stop at the end of any month. Pay for the year upfront and you get two months free instead. A yearly plan runs to the end of that year.
What is founding partner pricing?
The first 10 MSSPs get 50% off the monthly price for their first year. After that you pay your plan’s full price as it was when you joined, for as long as you stay, even if our prices go up. In the first year it doesn’t combine with the free first month or with yearly billing’s two months free; from the second year, paying yearly gets you two months free as usual. In return we ask for regular feedback calls and permission to name you as a customer. Ask for a place when you join the waitlist.
Which currency do we pay in?
The currency of your billing country, at that currency’s price. That’s pounds in the UK, euros in the eurozone and US dollars everywhere else. The switch on this page lets you read the price in your own currency, but doesn’t change the currency you pay in.
