Yes. Each contract is billed on its own terms, and every charge goes on the client’s one invoice.
Do SLA credits come off the invoice?
Yes. When an SLA is missed, the credit is applied to that month’s invoice automatically.
What if a client uses nothing over their allowance one month?
The fixed fees are billed as usual, and no overage is added.
